Ragdoll Cats

Ragdoll Cats

History: Ann Baker breed Persian cats. In 1960, Ann breed her neighbours long-haired white cat with her Siamese mixed with Persian. In December 1975 Ann Baker patented the name Ragdolls for the first time.

General: The reason these cats are called Ragdolls is because when they are picked up they have the tendency to go limp and relaxed. This breed of cat are mainly blue eyed, large muscular, semi-long-haired with distinct colour point silky coat. They are slow growers, takes up to four years to reach full physical maturity. Males grow to be 15 to 20 lbs, as females grow to be 12 to 15 lbs.

Personality: Ragdoll cats have a nickname Puppy cats because of their devotion to their owners. They are very fascinated by water, they love attention, to play. They are calm, docile cuddly little felines. They make a great first pet, friend for another pet, great with kids and families.

Physical Activity

Physical activity is important to me because it helps me stay fit, which helps with my confidence.  It keeps me  energized enough to keep up with my boys. If you exercise you have less chance's of diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure, strokes and ext.

I know I do over the recommended amount of exercise I'm supposed to do, and I know I need to start eating three meals a day instead of only one. What I could to improve on is exercises for toning my stomach, and thighs

Over all my well being is good, I consider myself a little under weight due to stress and not sleeping to well, but I'm in good physical shape.

My Ultimate Dream

Living on a Farm
My ultimate dream is to have a successful career, as a health care provider, because I enjoy responsibility such as caring  for the elderly or handicap children. I want to buy a hobby farm because I love animals such as goats, donkeys, cats, dogs, rabbits and chickens. In addition, I want to be able to afford  to put my two boys, Theodore and Robert, into fun activities that they like. Finally, I want to  start a bank account for them for collage. Most important I want to have money in the bank for unexpected emergencies.

Family Values part 2

Birth order is a ranking among siblings, birth order is often believed to have a profound and lasting effect on who we are and how we relate to family members.
An only child is most likely to be spoiled, self centered but matures quickly. They have a hard time relating to peers there own age because there always around adults.  First born get undivided attention, and everything they do for the first time is a huge deal to the parents. They tend to be perfectionist always striving to please, they also tend to be reliable, conscientious, structured, cautious, controlling and over achievers. The middle child often feels not important because the parents tend to talk about how much the first born is achieving or responding to the younger ones every need.  middle children tend to process characteristic like people pleasing,  rebellious, thrives on friendships, has large social circles and are peace makers. As for the baby of the family they tend to be the most free spirited, due to there parents laziness attitude towards parenting the third, fourth or fifth child. The traits for the baby child tend to be fun-loving, uncomplicated, manipulative, outgoing, attention seeker and self-centered.
I was the baby for twelve years, then became the middle child. The traits i have are controller, the helper, peace maker, secretive, demanding, charming and shy.
I have twin boys Theodore and Robert, Theodore is older by 9 minutes. Theodore is very bossy, control's everything Robert does. Robert is very laid back, relaxed. I would say Theodore as the traits of a first child and Robert has the traits of the youngest child.

Family Values

I am the youngest and only girl of three kids, I was expected to take care of myself. These responsibility including getting myself up and ready for school, making my lunch, doing my own laundry, and cooking dinner. Now that I am in a common-law relationship with children my responsibility have increased to taking care of the boys needs, cleaning the house, and getting an education, so i can support them.

In my family I do the house work, take care of the boys and go to school. My partner works, cooks  and takes care of the boys when I'm gone. We do the yard work together. My partner and i work good together, we share responsibilities as equals. Unlike my parents my mom did everything and my dad did nothing.

My family celebrated birthdays, christmas, thanksgiving, easter, mothers day, Father's Day  and we would camp every summer for June and July. As an adult with my own family we celebrate birthdays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Mother day, Fathers day, Canada day and our anniversary.

In assessing my values, I've realized I have more intangible values such as love, family, happiness, trust, and achievement. Tangible values I have are money, computer, camera and rollerblades. If I had to give up one value from each list i would choose roller blades and achievement, because there both on the bottom of my list. The hardest for me to give up would be my camera because I love taking lots of pictures of my boys, and of places I go. The hardest from intangible would be family because with family comes love, happiness, joy and so much more.
My Twins
